ONSEN PASTEURIZED CHICKEN EGGS:

Once crack open from tray, every SAFEGG ONSEN egg already comes half boiled / poached at consistent perfection. Soak the shelled egg up in a cup of 90C warm water for 3 mins to serve it warm otherwise you can have the eggs chilled too. A nutritious and appetizing quick fix that makes a great side to every meal.

THE PASTEURIZATION PROCESS:

Only freshest eggs laid within 48 hours are picked by local farmers for cleaning and flaw inspection.

Safegg™ South Korean pasteurization technology uses time, heat and clean natural water to remove 99.9% of bacteria all the way from the yolk to the surrounding egg shell and it's naturally made safer without dangerous chemicals, radiation or preservatives. Eggs are then given a layer of food grade coating to protect the eggs against microbes.
